To better monitor boats parked on our property, we've started the following program for 2010 season.
Each boat owner planning to park a boat on our lot will be asked to review and sign a waiver as described below.
Be aware we do not have a fenced area but boats are parked behind the motel building with only one driveway access.
Each boat owner will be assessed $25 per month in advance through the end of September for the right to park with the following benefit.
Each time the boat owner stays at our motel, you will receive a $7.00 discount off our regular room rate. This discount is applied per stay, not per night and the total discount per month will not exceed $25.
Waiver specifics: Boat owner will provide contact information along with type of vessel and identification info on the boat. The boat owner understands that he/she is solely responsible for the vessel. The property owner will be held harmless for any damages. Boat owner must remove their boat by the end of September.
