Cancellation Policy

We are a small motel so cancellations are a big deal for us.  We try to fill every room to keep our rates lower than most hotels - please help us by calling as soon as you know a change is needed.

May thru October:  We require a 36 hour cancellation prior to your stay.  This leaves us time to re-rent the room.  WE will charge a cancellation fee at our discretion if we feel that this cancellation should have been sooner and we could not rerent the room.  We prefer to rent the room and will make every effort.  Please call at your earliest to cancel.

Failing to call or show the first night of reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of the reservation when multiple days are involved.

Same day reservations: 

Once a  guest makes a reservation to hold a room the same day as arrival,  the room cannot be cancelled. This applies March thru November weekends PLUS weekdays June thru October.

We will run the guest credit card at 7pm if you have not yet arrived.  At that point, we will have the receipt in the office with the key until close. If you will be later than closing time, our normal “key under the mat”  will apply, receipt in the room with light on.
